For many years, Helena was home to The Panhandler, a beloved kitchen store that inspired generations of cooks. When it closed, it left a real void— a place to discover quality cookware, seek trusted advice, and share a love of cooking.
As a lifelong cooking enthusiast, owner Danielle Fowler knew Helena deserved more. In May 2025, she opened Yes, Chef! as a warm, welcoming space where exceptional products, genuine expertise, and a spirit of hospitality come together for cooks of every level.
Today, Yes, Chef! is more than a store—it’s a gathering place. Our shelves are thoughtfully stocked with heirloom-quality cookware, artisan knives, bakeware, tabletop essentials, and tools chosen for their beauty, performance, and longevity. We’re here to help you ask questions, learn new techniques, and build a kitchen—and a community—that will last for generations.
